One mark: the Privateer Skull — a skull in a wide privateer hat with a compass-star cocked on the brim, over two crossed spears with hex-bolt ends. Solid geometry, tokens-only: every path rides currentColor, so the mark tints bone in chrome and aurum in a hero with zero variants, and the eyes, nose, teeth, and star are true negative space.
The mark at every working size on the canvas. Below 24px tall, drop the mark and use the wordmark alone — the spears and star stop resolving.

--ch-border-strongThe nautical coordinates line is the brand's decorative voice — mono, uppercase, wide tracking, always text-faint. It labels section breaks and grounds hero moments; it never carries information.

Outline marks become currentColor masks for app chrome; the long ornaments retain their original transparent pixels and exact gold or blue treatment. The source board and remaining assets stay untouched in the root folder for later curation.
Compass and shield marks use the PNG alpha as a mask, so any semantic text color can carry them.
Use on branded section breaks and ceremonial panels, not between every list row.

Upright, proportional, on a token surface, in currentColor.
Never stretch or compress the mark — it scales uniformly or not at all.
Never recolor outside the tokens (shown ghosted — imagine any non-token brand colour here).
Never rotate — the privateer flies level; a tilted skull reads shipwreck.
Never crowd the clearspace with type or ornament.
Tint with the surface — bone in chrome, aurum in a hero. One currentColor asset.
